About Frank

Frank is the Regional Executive for our Richmond Market and is based in our Patterson Office. He brings over 35 years of experience in banking where he has held various positions covering many aspects of banking. Frank has served on local private school boards, the Executive Board for Boy Scouts, Heart of Virginia Council, is a Charter Member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Innsbrook, Vice-Chair of the Board for Hunter Classical Christian School, and serves on the St. Mary's Community Advisory Council.

Through Chesapeake Bank, he works with the Reinhart Guest House and serves as Treasurer and  Board Member of the Libbie-Grove Merchants Association. From an industry perspective, Frank serves on the Board of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia and is active in meeting with Legislators on issues that impact the Banking industry.
