Melissa Crawford, Vice President, Director of Business Services, manages the Business Development Team in all of the bank’s regions. She has over 26 years of experience in the banking industry including 22 years with Chesapeake Bank. Melissa is responsible for setting and implementing Chesapeake’s strategy for business development. Melissa and her team work closely with Chesapeake Payments Systems, lenders, and managers to retain existing relationships and to establish new ones.
