About Pat

Patricia R. (Pat) Lewis is Executive Vice President and Director of HR. Pat’s entire career has been with Chesapeake Bank, with time worked in nearly all departments and positions, but she has found her home in Human Resources.  She is a graduate of the Human Resource Management School, Graduate School of Banking program through the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Pat holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute as well as the Society for Human Resources certification of SHRM-SCP.   

She is active in a number of HR networking groups and is a prior member and past chair of the Virginia Bankers Association Human Resources Committee. Pat is involved with several local HR groups and currently serves as Board member of the VBA Benefits Corporation Board, Board member of Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation, Inc and as Clerk of her church, Lebanon Baptist.
