Paula F. Owens

About Paula

Paula is our Mortgage Loan Officer for Lancaster, Northumberland, and a portion of Richmond County and is based in our Kilmarnock Branch. She has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry and over 20 years with Chesapeake Bank. Her various past positions include Customer Service, Consumer Lending, and Mortgage Lending Specialist. Paula enjoys using all of her banking and real estate experience to help customers achieve their financial goals.  

Paula served on the Lancaster/Northumberland Habitat for Humanity Board for 6 years and more recently volunteers with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. She also managed the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta Affordable Housing Grant programs for First Time Homebuyer and Community Partners Grants.
