Starr Eamigh is the Operations Manager at Chesapeake Payment Systems in Williamsburg, VA.  She has over 18 years of combined financial and payment processing industry experience.  Starr oversees the operational functions of the payment processing division supporting procedural development, efficiency improvement and project implementation.

Married with four adult children, Starr enjoys spending time with her growing family which now includes several grandchildren.  She resides in Hayes, VA with her husband.
