About Thomas

Tom Richardson is in the Kilmarnock office and serves both commercial and residential customers in Lancaster, Northumberland, and Middlesex counties. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from The College of William & Mary and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.  Prior to working in banking, Tom received his undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and flew both in corporate aviation and then for the U.S. Navy.

He serves on the Lancaster County Planning Commission, is Chairman of Virginia Quality Life, and past President of the Lancaster By the Bay Chamber and the Lancaster Community Library.
